    Agent: Acquiring Disputes


    To provide administrative support within the functions of Acquiring, Issuing, Risk & Disputes.

    Minimum

    Experience

    • 1 – 2 years experience in a Financial or Administrative role
    • 2 years banking experience, specifically in acquiring and collection

    Ideal

    • 2 - 5 years in a banking, collection or acquiring role

    Qualifications (Minimum)

    • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

    • Disputes Charge-backs User Manual
    • Lost /Stolen Terminal Stock
    • Merchant Admin - Credit Unpaid Process
    • Merchant Admin - Debit Unpaid Process
    • Merchant Administration General rules
    • Merchant Administration - Financial Administration Procedure
    • Merchant Pricing Policy (including annexures)
    • Merchant Fees and Settlement Procedure for Card Services: Merchant Admin
