    Service Consultant

    • Responsible for providing excellent client service by fulfilling and exceeding the client’s expressed need (Save, Transact, Credit and Insure).
    • Accurately and timeously, gather and capture client information for loan approvals and conduct deposit/enquiry transactions.
    • Responsible for maintaining skill, knowledge and competency in order to sell Global One in the interest of the client.
    • Presenting and conducting self in accordance with brand expectations.

    • More than 1 year’s client service experience within a retail/ financial/ banking environment

    Data Scientist

    Senior Specialist: Operational Intelligence


    To monitor and manage credit risk by ensuring that the credit policy is correctly applied within the bank, gathering relevant operational intelligence, managing knowledge of the unsecured credit market and deriving effective and useable management insight. To ensure operational effectiveness of the specialist credit area of responsibility (Credit Granting Operational Intelligence).

    Requirements

    • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
