    Agile Lead

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Facilitating Scrum processes for cross-functional Development Teams, and coaching the teams to run themselves.
    • Coaching the Development Teams around goals and objectives, teamwork, and process evolution.
    • Working closely with the Product Team to ensure that projects are delivered in a sustainable manner that prioritises early value to customers.
    • Facilitating Project lift-off sessions.
    • Running workshops to teach others in the company about Agile and Scrum.
    • Working with other Agile Leads to identify process flaws at the inter-team level, design and test changes to address those issues.
    • Working closely with the CTO and Heads of Functions to intentionally build a healthy team culture.

    • Willing to let teams make their own decisions, and being comfortable that they may sometimes fail.
    • Comfortable facilitating groups, both in-person and online.

    You should be great at:

    • Facilitation - facilitating meetings, discussions and conflict resolution, as well as creative problem solving within a team or group of people.
    • Genuinely caring about the wellbeing of the teams, while balancing this with holding them accountable in achieving their product goals.
    • Servant leadership.
    • Working with people to help them achieve their full potential.

    You are our ideal candidate if you have:

    • 2+ years of experience being a Scrum Master, Agile Lead or coach to a couple of Dev teams in at least one organisation.

    Bonus points for:

    • Previous experience working in an industry that showcases your ability to understand complexity, either in the Development or Product space
    • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence and related project tools such as Miro.
    • Relevant Scrum or Agile certification.
