The role focuses on streamlining business processes, developing automation tools, and improving operational efficiency across the organisation.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field
4–5 years' experience in a technology, systems, automation, or Microsoft 365-focused role
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Pages, SharePoint, SQL, and Visual Studio
Strong understanding of AI, workflow automation, business process improvement, and Microsoft Power Platform
Experience translating business needs into practical technology solutions
Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to assess the operational and financial impact of technology initiatives
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Azure, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Python, or API integrations will be advantageous
