Air Traffic Services Bursary Program at ATNS

Introduction

Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) is offering 20 bursary opportunities for Air Traffic Services split between ATSO, TGO, AIMO and AMC students to train towards a career in air traffic management with the goal of becoming Air Traffic Services Officers. Students will be allocated to the respective disciplines in line with ATNS’s operational requirements. The programme provides each student with an opportunity to conduct their studies at ATNS’s Aviation Training Academy (ATA) in Bonaero Park, Gauteng.

Minimum requirements

• Matric certificate with a pass in the following subjects, 
  • Pure Maths (Level 4 / HG – D or SG C or above)
  • English (Level 4 / HG – D or SG C or above)
• South African citizen with a valid Identity Document
• Medically fit and willing to undergo our medical assessment
• Attach Grade 12 results to your application
• Be willing to relocate anywhere in the country
• Unemployed South African Youth 
• Applicants who  previoulsy were on a similar programe with ATNS  will not be considered
