    Alliance Specialist

    • Identifies and develops key account alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities.
    • Recruits, develops, and manages strategic partner alliances/partnerships and opportunity pipelines and ensures the retention, growth, and customer satisfaction of accounts.
    • Evangelizes company products in conjunction with recruiting key alliances/partnerships.
    • Evaluate program trends and provide analysis and recommendations to management.
    • Work toward mutual goals, strategies, and objectives to build awareness and support of the overall strategic benefits of the alliance.
    • Provides for financial analyses, long-range forecasting, and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships.
    • Monitors programs to assess the sales impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the alliance.
    • Monitors competitor activity in accounts and implements strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    Processes and Knowledge

    •  Continuous contribution to the design, creation and maintenance of efficient communication processes between NTT offices and the Operational Centre of Excellence (CoE). 
    •  Contribute to continuous assessment and improvement of data reporting mechanisms. 
    •  Maintain highest standard of knowledge and insights into Microsoft programs, revenue earning levers, and processes required to earn successfully. 
    •  Support Incentives and Funding Manager to grow and maintain Knowledge Repository for Alliance, Sales and Pre-sales functions. Daily/Weekly Activities
    •  Processing of documentation received from NTT country offices required to secure Microsoft funding and incentives. 
    •  Ensuring all information required to maximise this revenue is populated correctly and uploaded to the correct systems; ensure correct implementation of program incentive triggers (e.g. CPOR, PAL)
    •  Liaising with NTT offices in NTT regions as required. 
    •  Execution of continuous data analysis to prevent revenue losses. 
    •  Monitoring, evaluation and timeous notification to NTT country offices of existing or impending problems, and coordination of activities with the country office required to remediate issues. 
    •  Check on customer eligibility for earning, and revenue opportunities as notification of sales come in from regions. 
    •  Monitoring progress of requirements during execution of delivery (milestones, expirations etc) where required to ensure NTT continues to earn milestone incentives and funding per opportunity; liaise with NTT office to escalate risks. 
    •  Identification of sudden drops in consumption and notify region of need to remediate. 
    •  Reconciliation of payments from Microsoft and escalation and address of non-payment issues from Microsoft; serve as escalation point between relevant NTT Finance Team and Microsoft. 

    Reporting and Deliverables

    •  Incentive revenue reporting per region. 
    •  Identification of whitespace pertaining to customer eligibility for new programs. 
    •  Progress to attainment of key metrics per region and identification of earning trends. 
    •  Regular program updates to regions. Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
    •  Ability to work in a team with diverse personalities and cultures, and establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. 
    •  Strong problem-solving skills. 
    •  Proactive in approach and meticulous attention to detail. 
    •  Highly organised and outcomes-focused; service-oriented and self-driven. 
    •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
    •  Fundamental understanding of business and project processes. 
    •  Ability to work in high-pressure environments. 
    •  Ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneously. 
    •  Tech-savvy individual who is able to adapt to working on new and different systems independently. Education, Training and Experience
    •  Bachelors degree in any field and/or Project Management certificate
    •  Preference will be given to candidates with Microsoft experience (2+ years of experience). 
    •  Project/operational experience
