App Gallery Operation Manager at Huawei Technologies

Responsibilities:

• Data operation: Analyze operation data based on professional methodologies and develop operation strategies based on local market insights.
• Revenue growth: Design marketing activities, acquire the whale users and monitor the revenue growth of key apps and games.
• User operation: Maintains the VOC and charging channel, handles abnormal refunds, and settlement with carriers.

Requirements:

• Be based in South Africa, have good communication skills in English, and have strong internal and external team coordination abilities
• Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 year experience in mobile game/app operation
• Positive personality, integrity, time management ability
• Be good at data analysis, user portrait, creative design of advertising materials, and effect optimization
• Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, and strong sense of responsibility
