    Application Product Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Transform business objectives into a world-class app and WhatsApp channel.
    • Identify and outline the necessary features to fulfil business objectives.
    • Manage and prioritize development requirements, working closely with technical teams and external suppliers.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for app and WhatsApp issues.
    • Continuously monitor product performance and optimize features to drive user engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, external suppliers, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality products that align with our business goals.
    • Gather feedback from customers and teams in various markets to adapt the product globally while accommodating local requirements.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
    • Define and prioritize features to increase revenue, customer lifetime value (CLV), product adoption, and reduce churn.
    • Work closely with the Head of Loyalty to deliver key customer benefits through the app.
    • Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including planning, testing, and release.
    • Leverage data insights to enhance customer retention and CLV initiatives.
    • Effectively communicate the product vision, status, and success metrics to all stakeholders.
    • Continuously assess and improve product processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with marketing on CRM and other customer channels (email, SMS, social, and paid media).
    • Set and manage key product metrics, including app downloads, usage, and ratings.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on digital channels.
    • Proficiency in prototyping, testing, and validating product hypotheses.
    • Demonstrated ability to define, prioritize, and communicate a product roadmap.
    • Hands-on experience working with Engineering teams in an Agile environment.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
    • Proven experience driving customer value through engagement and retention strategies across various channels.
    • Understanding of core concepts related to UI/UX design.
    • Experience with product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
    • Advantageous experience in delivering loyalty value propositions in digital channels.
