Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

• Remote Recruitment is hiring an Appointment Setter for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You'll own the sales team's diary, booking qualified appointments by phone.

Role overview

• You will call warm and cold leads, ask a few smart questions and book the right people in with the sales team. It is a phone-first role with clear daily targets, and your bookings are the start of every deal the team closes. You will work UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday.
• You will join the client's existing team from day one, with a named manager in the UK, regular check-ins over video call and clear goals so you always know how you are doing.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
• Qualify prospects with a short set of questions
• Book appointments into the sales team's calendars
• Send confirmations and reminders to reduce no-shows
• Log every call and outcome in the CRM

What you'll need

• At least 6 months in outbound calling, appointment setting or telesales
• Comfort making a high volume of calls each day
• Experience with a CRM or dialler
• Clear, confident spoken English
• Reliable home internet and a headset

Nice to have

• UK B2B or B2C calling experience
• Familiarity with Calendly or similar booking tools
