Apprentice - Upington Dried Fruit Plant-ZAF at PepsiCo

Responsibilities

• Undergoing learner readiness (Pre-learning) assessments as and when required.
• RPL assessment process
• Gap Training and Final Assessment ( Trade Test)
• Attend all the training classes according training schedule (days and times)
• Submit, within the agreed time frames of the training programme, all assignments.
• Must complete the programme (classroom training, submissions, practical application)
• Ensure that he/she does not miss any session(s) or neglect any responsibilities as a learner without any serious cause.
• Willing to co-sign with the line manager the letter of commitment to the training
• Promptly communicate any learning concerns to the course facilitator and  HR personnel
• Complete and Sign Learning Programme contract

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate
• Trade Test
• N3 in mechanical and electrical engineering studies
