Architect or Senior Architectural Technician - CPT

- Our client is seeking an Architect or a Senior Architectural Technician.
Location: Cape Town CBD

Requirements:
- Relevant Qualification in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience in using ACC (Auto Desk Construction Cloud) or, at the very least, BIM.
- Must be based in Cape Town
- Own motor vehicle required
- Drivers License
- SketchUp and rendering skills would be an added bonus.
About:
- The position will include working with a small team on various commercial projects and residential projects.
- Production of tender and working drawings.
- Coordination with other professionals.
- Coordination of fthe low of information on ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
- Coordination/management & input on site.
- Input/design/production of proposals for new projects.
