    Assistant Boutique Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Boutique Manager in the day-to-day operation of the onboard boutique, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests, answering their questions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
    • Work closely with the Boutique Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
    • Train and supervise boutique staff to ensure they provide top-notch customer service and meet sales goals.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving sales performance.
    • Maintain a clean and organized boutique, ensuring all products are properly displayed and stocked.
    • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Assist in conducting inventory counts and reconciling any discrepancies.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and entertainment, to promote boutique products and services.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products to make informed purchasing decisions.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a retail or boutique management role is preferred.
    • Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents.
