    Admin Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the management team, especially document collection.
    • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
    • Gather and organize all necessary documentation from new candidates.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new candidates, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with all required protocols.
    • Continuously monitor and report on the progress of new crew members, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.

    Assistant Boutique Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Boutique Manager in the day-to-day operation of the onboard boutique, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
