Assist the Head Butler in providing exceptional service to all guests on board
Set up and serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest cabins, including making beds, restocking amenities, and tidying up
Fulfill any special requests or needs from guests, such as arranging for special events or providing extra amenities
Work closely with other crew members to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services
Provide excellent communication and customer service to all guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and create unforgettable experiences
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality or cruise ship setting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to changing schedules
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications
