Assistant Business Controller ITBA at Atlas Copco

Your Role

•     Establish and maintain effective cost control and analysis  
•     Assist in monthly/Quartey/year reporting processes 
•     Ensure the process framework ‘The Way We do things’ is executed in the correct way. 
•     Follow up on open items and daily/weekly task. 
•     Report to the Business Controller and assist General Manager and Business line Managers as and when required with financial reports.
•     Assist in preparation of Business Board Meeting 
•     Assist with Business Plan preparation on an annual basis as well as following up and analysing achievement of targets monthly
•     Identify and share best practices for working with SAP. 
•     Maintain clear vendor master data in SAP
•     Ad hoc project as and when required
•     Work with external and internal auditors as and when required. 

To succeed, you will need

•     University degree or equivalent experience. 
•     Must have previous working experience in SAP and finance profession.
•     Computer literacy -MS Word, Outlook, Excel,
•     Good interpersonal and communication skills
•     Ability to work in a team and under pressure
•     Accuracy and attention to detail 
•     Well organised and able to work independently
•     Initiative and self-motivation
•     Challenged by varied work demands / routines
