The successful candidate will report directly to the Business Manager and will be responsible for all facets of running an agricultural retail store, which includes:
Responsibilities:
Personnel management;
Inventory and asset management;
Management of operational strategy;
Advising clients and providing customer service;
Administration;
Managing debtors; and
Managing the budget.
Skills, Qualifications and General Requirements:
Grade 12 qualification;
Management experience will be advantageous;
Valid driver’s license;
Fluent in Afrikaans and English;
Computer literacy and knowledge of the MS Office package;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
A relevant tertiary qualification will be given preference.
