Grade 12 certificate and NQF 6 Office Administration/ Office Management/Public Management/Public Administration/ Business Management/ Business Administration or related Administration qualification as recognized by SAQA.
At least three (3) years’ experience in office administration and financial management at a supervisory level (Salary 8).
Experience in communication environment will be an advantage.
Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
Sound understanding of financial policies as guided by Treasury Regulations.
Good communication (verbal and written), strategic capability and leadership, project management and computer skills (MS Office package).
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Ability to co-ordinate with other units of the Department.
