Minimum educational qualification: An appropriate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Resources/People Management field.
Experience:
Appropriate experience in Workforce Planning processes and analytics. Inherent requirements of the job: Valid Code 08 EB driver’s license.
Competencies (Knowledge/skills):
Knowledge of the Public Service Act and Public Service Regulations. Knowledge of the DPSA Directive on Workforce Planning (HR Planning). Exposure to the DPSA Workforce Planning prescripts and templates will be an added advantage. Computer Literacy in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage. Analytical skills and research abilities. Ability to work in a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Report writing skills. Attention to detail.
