An applicant must be in possession of a Senior Certificate/ Grade 12. An appropriate Bachelor's Degree in Law (NQF Level 7). A minimum experience of 3 years' experience in a legal environment or equivalent experience in a related field including in the private sector. Advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Good interpersonal relations.
DUTIES :
Conduct legal research and support. Assist in drafting legal opinions for the PSC and OPSC. Assist in providing legal advice and support to the PSC and OPSC.
Draft MoU/Contracts and provide secretariat support to the MoU Committee. Provide legal administration support. Provide assistance in relation to legal advisory opinions and coordinate compliance with PAIA & POPIA. Render assistance in the management of litigation processes.
