    Assistant Event Co-Ordinator

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Assisting with the planning, coordination and execution of TWK events, functions, and promotions
    • Working closely with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams
    • Helping ensure events run smoothly – from setup to breakdown
    • Managing event logistics, supplies and administration
    • Providing on-site support and handling unexpected situations with professionalism
    • Contributing to creative ideas and solutions for impactful events

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Relevant qualification or experience in events coordination or hospitality (advantageous)
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Ability to work under pressure and outside of normal office hours when required
    • A proactive, hands-on attitude and team spirit
    • Valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
