Assistant Hatchery Manager at RCL Foods

RCL FOODS is looking for an individual who is confident, has leadership skills and has a strong back ground in the Hatchery space with a proven performance record.

Qualifications

• A Degree or Diploma in Agriculture (3 years) or suitable alternative qualification
• Valid Code EB drivers’ licence
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a hatchery environment, 3 of which should be in a management role.

Responsibilities:

• RCL FOODS entrusts the Assistant Hatchery Manager to manage the operations and resources of a hatchery.
• To set the maximum number of eggs with a maximum hatchability to ensure the highest standards are met and produce good quality chicks for the customer at the lowest cost.
