    Assistant Human Resources Practitioner

    Job Description    

    • The Novus Print division has a proud legacy, which includes the highest level of manufacturing excellence, first mover in new technology and solutions-orientated offerings. The team is exceptionally strong and is seasoned in standardisation and optimisation of processes, able to adapt quickly to change and most importantly solid in its culture and values.
    • Novus Print: Montague Gardens is seeking to appoint an Assistant Human Resources Practitioner to assist the Snr HR Practitioner with day-to-day duties. The focus will be on the implementation of company policies and procedures and employee relations practices; recruitment, selection and assessment processes; in addition, HR administration relating to the implementation of performance management, payroll, training and development, organisational structure maintenance, employment equity and the execution of monthly and legislative reporting.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities    

    • To assist with the Labour relations processes and procedures 
    • To execute the recruitment, selection and assessment process 
    • To execute with ad hoc tasks relating to payroll input
    • Organisational structure maintenance 
    • General HR administration 
    • Assist with execution of legislative reporting as well as monthly HR reports
    • Responsible for the capturing, updating and reporting of data in the HR Systems

    Educational Requirements    

    • 3-year diploma/degree or equivalent diploma in HR

    Experience Requirements    

    • At least 3-years work experience in a generalist HR role
