Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join a premium liquor outlet in Cape Town, specialising in whisky and wine website sales and party services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring high standards of organisation and customer service.
Drive sales across in-store and online platforms (including wine and whisky website sales).
Assist with planning and executing party service offerings.
Manage administrative tasks such as stock control, orders, and reporting.
Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth processing of online orders.
Collaborate with the team to maintain store presentation and product knowledge.
Handle customer queries and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications and experience
Grade 12
Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related would be an Advantage
2-3 Years’ experience in retail environment (FMCG)
1-2 Years’ experience in a assistant manager position
