Job description
- Maintain Corporate Governance principles
- Arrange divisional/subsidiary/business unit governance committee and other special meetings
- Provide support to division/subsidiary/business unit and governance committee members
Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):
- National Diploma in Administration / Company Secretary at NQF6 with 240 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
- 2 years’ experience Administration / Secretarial, /governance or compliance environment
