Key Responsibilities

• Assist in providing an advisory service to line management  and employees regarding Eskom`s Conditions of Service.
• Assist in ensuring the improvement of employee satisfaction and organisational performance.
• Assist with information to compile a workplace skills plan.
• Assist in ensuring an effective skills sourcing service to the area.
• Assist in providing support to line management to improve and maintain good people relations.
• Assist in gathering and providing management information to line management.
• Assist in facilitating the establishment and implementation of training and development processes.
