    About the Job

    • Our client in the retail sector is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to ensure that the branch runs profitably by managing the resources (human, technological, and financial) in an efficient and productive manner in alignment with all company policies and procedures.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • People Management
    • Stock Management
    • Marketing and Customer Service
    • Operational Analysis
    • Sales Management

    Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • NQF level 3 Sales Programme
    • NQF level 3 receive stock, count stock, control stock, display and mark merchandise, dispatch stock
    • 3 years sales experience
    • 2 years stock control / buying
    • 2 years in a supervisory role
