Day to day Broking and Client Servicing back-up function
Client summaries
Client pre-renewal reports and renewal presentations
Assistance on client queries (revision/amendments, renewals, cancellations, claims, unpaid premiums etc.) to ensure that client queries are attended to and resolved expeditiously
Support in structure of an appropriate insurance program for the client
Loading of policy information onto the Marsh Global Systems
Client credit control, payment matching and rush payment requests
Claims monitoring
Invoicing on Eurosys and RiSCS
Facilitate FOREX transactions
Obtaining, consolidating and checking client renewal information
Setting up and creating broking information in according to company standards
Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines according to company standards
Negotiation with the local and reinsurance market (via the reinsurance brokers)
Analyse quotation from the market and make recommendations
Ensure receipt of signed placing slips, wordings, endorsements
Compile and submission of closing instruction to the market in accordance to company standards
Processing of declaration and other policy adjustments when required
Electronic filing in accordance with Marsh Minimum Standards
Processing internal NTP transactions
Update Marsh Force register in terms of new business
Requirements:
Excellent computer skills
Client Service orientated
Ability to work under tight deadlines and multiple projects at any given time
Excellent understanding of corporate general insurance
Previous experience in Power & Energy/Renewable Energy sector
