    Senior Survey Administration Analyst

    About the job

    • Administer remuneration surveys and other products, across various African countries together with a client service team.
    • Survey administration includes client canvassing, data collection, data cleaning and reporting. Some high level client analysis also required from time to time.
    • Contribute to the design of the country sales and marketing strategy
    • Execute country sales and marketing strategy
    • Manage campaigns of other Mercer products in assigned countries

    Associate – Compensation Consulting

    Role Summary:

    • Design and execute country strategies to grow revenue through delivery of various products, including remuneration surveys, benchmarking, bespoke projects and other proprietary products. Manage assigned country remuneration surveys by collaborating with direct team members and various offsite teams in India and Poland.
    • Manage assigned countries’ P&L through delivery of various key remuneration surveys and other key products in assigned countries in Africa. Manage internal projects and assigned industry forums.
    • Design and execute country strategies to grow revenue through delivery of various products, including remuneration surveys, benchmarking, bespoke projects and other proprietary products.     Education & Experience:

    • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent thereof
    • GRP or equivalent certifications advantageous

    Associate Client Executive - Renewable Energy

    Day to day Broking and Client Servicing back-up function

    • Client summaries
    • Client pre-renewal reports and renewal presentations
    • Assistance on client queries (revision/amendments, renewals, cancellations, claims, unpaid premiums etc.) to ensure that client queries are attended to and resolved expeditiously
