Junior Client Executive at Mercer

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Servicing and assisting with Financial Institutions clients.
• Assisting with renewal process of insurance contracts including preparing client renewal presentations, renewal meetings with client and liaison with local insurance markets.
• Administration around preparing reports, invoicing, managing debtors
• Liaison with placement team in respect of placement of non-financial lines policies.
• Review of policy wordings.
• Comply with Marsh Professional Standards

Experience, qualifications and job knowledge:

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in short term insurance
• FAIS compliant
• Insurer relationships an advantage
