Job Description
- An established and growth-focused private equity firm is looking to appoint an Associate to join its investment team in Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute individual to work on deal execution, portfolio management, and strategic value creation across diverse sectors.
Requirements:
- CA(SA) qualification required.
- At least 6 years post-articles experience, including a minimum of 3 years in corporate finance with a strong focus on valuations and transactions.
- High attention to detail, independent thinker, and proactive problem solver.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a deal team.
