Your Role and Responsibilities
As Associate Partner, you accompany our customers with a lot of positive energy from strategic consideration to successful implementation. You will develop our consulting and service portfolio of tomorrow.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for driving technology consulting business. You take active part in sales process, build trust-based relationship with our clients and convey IBM value to them.
• You are responsible for the disciplinary leadership and development of your employees
• In addition, you have the profit and loss responsibility for the projects you have acquired and implemented
• You lead project teams and are responsible for the high quality delivery in Time and on Budget
• You work with the IBM cloud experts to develop strategies for our clients in their transformation into the cloud
• You analyze the requirements with our customers and develop a common understanding of future business and IT processes
• You keep track of costs, operational stability and the integration of the developed solutions

Your Profile

• Completed degree in a business, natural science or technical degree program
• Professional experience: at least 10 years of experience in technology consulting (technology and / or cloud topics)
• 5 years experience in capturing and analyzing clients IT Landscape including definition of clients future cloud strategy
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture Management aspects such as Business Model of IT, Application & Technology Landscape and IT Operating Model
• Strong Architecture & Solutioning skills leveraging Cloud technologies including OpenStack, OpenShift, IBM Cloud or Amazon, Azure
• Broad understanding of Cloud providers, brokers, Integration technologies and approaches.
• Industry specific knowledge in order to quickly identify/suggest/leverage candidate areas for automation and generate value for IBM at client sigh
• 5 years experience in capturing and analyzing clients IT Landscape including definition of clients future cloud strategy
• Hands on experience in demonstrating thought leadership, sales leadership and delivery leadership in one or more cloud domains and Technologies
• Proven experience in creating offers
• Min. 5 years management experience in complex consulting projects
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Ability to translate visions into executable projects with clarity and purpose
