KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research
- Scholarly guidance, innovation and initiation with regard to research in Education Law
Teaching
- Teaching modules in Education Law
- Teaching at all levels in higher education
- Supervising master’s and PhD students
Community Engagement
- Initiating and participation community engagement projects.
Development
- Initiating research projects.
- Involvement in community engagement programme.
Minimum requirements
- A PhD in Education Law or Policy studies (NQF Level 10).
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the field of higher education.
- Author/co-author of at least 5 research articles in accredited journals since 2021.
- Supervised Masters and Doctoral students to completion with a minimum of 3 Masters’ and 1 PhD students.
- Have proven teaching experience in Education Law & Policy studies.
- Involvement in community engagement projects
ADDED ADVANTAGE & PREFERENCE:
- Research skills, interpersonal skills/communication and computer literacy
- Involvement in funded research projects
