    Atlassian Support Engineer

    Description

    • Day to day Atlassian support
    • Provide prompt, accurate follow-up to tickets and support calls
    • Set up, administer and support Atlassian Tools: JIRA, JIRA Service Desk or Confluence
    • Experience with researching and managing 3rd party add-ons for JIRA and Confluence
    • Experience with creating basic dashboards and filters
    • Experience documenting processes and procedures
    • Scripting skills – ability to automate basic tasks with scripts
    • Security knowledge – Understanding of SSL encryption, basic operating system hardening, firewalls, filesystem permissions, etc.

    Requirements

    • 2 to 5 years experience in IT
    • 1 to 2 years in a supporting role for Atlassian products: JIRA (must have) Bamboo (great to have)
    • Atlassian certification would be good to have ·
    • Other cloud certifications would also be good to have
    • National diploma
    • Relevant Degree
    • Relevant experience + certificates
