Au Pair | Big Bay | R10 000 Per Month at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• Area: Big Bay
• Children’s Ages: 3 year old - Boy
• Child’s Neurodivergence Snapshot: Speech delay and ASD – does not speak much but limited communication and vocabulary. He is a bit delayed, still in nappies, a bit more introverted (in a mainstream school)
• Support Style: Attend Speech Therapy and OT. He likes calm and quiet. Sensory seeking.
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 15:00 - 19:00
• School holiday hours: Same as above / Slightly Flexible
• Duties: Collect from school, Take to extra-murals, Engaging in intellectually stimulating play & activities with child, Prepare meals for your children, Occasional Babysitting and weekend work (by prior arrangement)
• Special Requirements: Age 21 - 28, female, English speaking, lives in the or close to the area, special needs experience would be a huge advantage (not a must), we just need someone understanding and patient. Someone outgoing and able to model behaviour.
• Start Date and contract term: 4 May – permanent
• Salary: R10 000pm (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.95)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
