Au Pair / Tutor | Northview Country Estate at Au Pair Extraordinaire

Duties: 

•  Meeting the children at home, collecting from school on occasional if the eldest is to transition from home schooling to mainstream schooling, main focus will be on the Grade 10 for tutoring and academic support in English, Afrikaans, Maths Core, Physics, Biology, Geography.
• Candidate will need to ensure that work has been completed, concepts have been grasped and ensure there was an understanding of the work that was done in the day.
• Assisting with any homework, test prep, projects and tutoring to ensure the children are on top of their work as well as transporting to and from extra murals.
• The eldest needs alot of guidance and help in study skills, study schedules and maintaining a steady study streak. Ensure the children eat healthy snacks and meals in the afternoons, ensure they pack their dishes into the diswasher and clean up after themselves.
• Requirements: Mature, female candidate with tutoring experience would be ideal

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child-caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
