    Auto Electrician UG (C2)

    Work Output Description
    Provide an engineering technical service to a section at a Business Area. The Auto Electrician maintains all low voltage electrical components on excavating equipment.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 / Matric or NQF 4 Equivalent
    • Certified competent as Auto Electrician (Trade Certificate)
    • 3 Years Relevant Experience (Underground) Required
    • 1 Year Fermel / Sandvik Machines Experience

    Advantageous

    • Maintenance Modules on excavation equipment
    • 3 Years Trackless Mining Experience
    • Manitou and Skid streerer experience

    Skills and Knowledge
    Interpersonal and Communication Skills

    • English Proficiency
    • Hand-eye Co-ordination
    • Knowledge of Labour Legislation

    Physical/Legal Requirements

    • Fit for Duty/Certificate of Fitness
    • Valid Driving Licence
    • Clear Credit / Criminal Record
