About the role

• We are seeking experienced and highly qualified Aviation Security Supervisors to support aviation security operations across multiple sites. The successful candidates will supervise security teams, ensure compliance with aviation security regulations, and maintain high operational standards in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.

What you will bring

Inherent requirements for the position (non-negotiable)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in physical guarding security in a supervisory role
• Valid PSIRA Grade B certificate
• Valid NQF Level 4 qualification (or SAQA equivalent)
• Valid Part 92 certificate
• Valid Part 109 certificate
• Valid Part 110 certificate
• Valid NKP (National Key Point) training certificate
• Valid AVSEC Level 2 certificate
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage security personnel in a high-risk environment

Additional demonstrable requirements:

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and reporting ability
• Strong understanding of aviation security compliance standards
• Ability to work shifts and under operational pressure
• High attention to detail and incident management capability

What you will be doing

• Supervising aviation security operations and personnel on site
• Ensuring compliance with aviation security regulations and company standards
• Monitoring access control, patrols, and incident response procedures
• Reporting security incidents and operational risks
• Supporting operational efficiency and maintaining service excellence
• Leading and coordinating security teams during shift operations
