Bartender / Mixologist at MORE Family Collection

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Develop seasonal cocktail menus in collaboration with the Bar Manager and Head Chef.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
• Engage with guests in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
• Train junior bar staff and support team development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a barman or mixologist in a high-end or boutique hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Creative flair and a passion for hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Relevant certification in bartending or mixology is advantageous.
