As a Benefits Associate, you will work alongside the Head of Benefits and the other Human Capital teams to support and optimise our benefit offerings. This position requires a keen eye for detail, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of benefits practices and international regulations.
In this role you will:
Be responsible for managing and administering our employee benefits programs globally
Be responsible for assisting our people with benefits-related questions, onboarding, enrolment, and issue resolution
Assist with checking and processing benefit-related invoices
Support benefit open enrolment periods and benefits-related events
Collaborate with benefits vendors, brokers, and advisors to gather data, coordinate benefits administration and resolve complex or technical issues on behalf of our people
Assist in developing communication materials to educate our people about available benefit options, changes in benefit offerings, and enrolment processes
Participate in vendor selection processes to ensure we partner with locally relevant, reputable and commercially viable service providers
Support the implementation of new benefit programs or modifications to existing ones, ensuring a smooth rollout and proper integration with any relevant systems or processes
Collaborate with people within the organisation to develop and promote wellness initiatives that enhance our people’s mental, physical and financial wellbeing
Stay up to date with global benefit regulations and ensure benefits programs comply with local laws in each region of operation
Collaborate with legal, tax and compliance teams to ensure all benefits-related documentation is accurate and meets regulatory requirements
You should consider applying if you have:
Experience in benefits administration and data analysis
Familiarity with global benefits practices, regulations, and compliance requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and benefits administration platforms
A passion for leveraging technology to enhance and optimise operational efficiency
