Bid Manager at Servest SA

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Business Administration Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 10-15 years integrated facilities management/multi-disciplinary bid management experience
• Successful track record in managing and submitting compliant large multi-disciplinary bids
• Needs to have an in-depth understanding of both Technical FM and Soft Services industries

Duties & Responsibilities

• Bid preparation
• Bid/proposal writing
• Implementation and management of compliant bid processes and procedures
• Pre-sales client engagement
• Good understanding and implementation of bid strategies
• Project/tender/proposal management
• Project bidding platform experience
• High level of IT literacy, particularly in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• A keen eye for detail
• The ability to focus and remain calm in highly pressurised situations
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
