Ensure that production is done according to the Production Plan
Process, HMI and Equipment understanding of the boiler and autoclave systems
Tracking pre-curing time of greensheet stacks and grouping stacks into batches for curing
Covering and uncovering greensheet stacks
Operating forklift and tractor/FEL
Loading and unloading of autoclaves
Start-up, continuous and shut-down activities of the boiler and autoclave
Refilling chemicals required for Boiler operation and boiler feed water treatment
Ensure the correct settings and process parameters are being used for the boiler and autoclave
Adjust process parameters of the boiler and autoclave
Conduct in-line quality tests and operational inspections as required
Ensure that products produced are to an acceptable standard and free from defects
Quality checks and inspections
Troubleshooting operation issues and quality defects
Water treatment testing
Transfer greensheets to Pre-curing area
Refill of metal templates to piler infeed

The ideal candidate must have a completed Matric and have a FLT Drivers licence, the candidate must possess a Certificate and licence for Front End loader or Tractor.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in production and have some knowledge on maintenance.
Boiler and pressure vessels operation would be advantageous to the skillset required. The candidate must be willing to work in confined spaces.
