Bookings Consultant at ICG Medical

ICG Medical is looking for an experienced bookings consultant. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the hunger to succeed and the dedication to develop their career within nursing recruitment.

Job Description

As a bookings consultant you will be a part of a warm desk where you will be maintaining and developing a database of nurses and clients.

You will also have the following responsibilities;

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Headhunting new candidates
• Lead generation
• Booking nurses into client shifts
• Account management

Experience

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience within healthcare recruitment (preferred)
• Proven track record of achievements of targets and goals
• Be able to grow existing accounts
• Work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
• Book ad hoc shifts quickly and effectively
