Job Description

As a bookings consultant you will be a part of a warm desk where you will be maintaining and developing a database of nurses and clients.

You will also have the following responsibilities;

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Headhunting new candidates
• Lead generation
• Booking nurses into client shifts
• Account management

Experience

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience within healthcare recruitment (preferred)
• Proven track record of achievements of targets and goals
• Be able to grow existing accounts
• Work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
• Book ad hoc shifts quickly and effectively

As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for:

• Job advertising
• Headhunting and sourcing candidates through social networks and ICG's database
• Driving compliance processes to ensure that your healthcare worker is compliant and legal to work with the compliance team
• Negotiating rates
• Submitting suitable candidates that match the client requirement
• Managing the interview and onboarding process
• Make placements
• Delivering a world-class candidate experience and customer service
• Ensure that all data is managed effectively on our global CRM system
