Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12.
• SAGE X3 experience will be an advantage.
• Internet banking experience.
• MS Excel skills at an advanced level.
• Basic skills on all MS Office packages.
• Accurate capturing of invoices and supplier information.
• Account reconciliations.
• Monthly journals.
• Intercompany loan reconciliations.
• Rework accounts to ensure cost splitting for multiple companies.
• Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, posting transactions.
• Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
• Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
• Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
• Maintains historical records by filing documents.
• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
