Boutique Manager at Helderberg Personnel

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Experience in a 5-star hotel or similar environment advantageous
• At least 3 years retail sales experience
• Knowledge of Hermanus area and surrounds
• Must be motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic
• Must be a team player, with a positive attitude
• Willing to work shifts
• Able to work under pressure

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Manage Boutique and travel desk
• Liaising with guests
• Monthly stock control
• Selling and communicating with guests
• Meeting monthly budgets
• Meet sales budgets by motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• To assist in Front Office operations if and when needed
• Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times
