Branch Manager SM Malvern Park (KZN) at JD Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
• Manage the daily operations of the branch, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors to promote brand loyalty and maximize sales opportunities
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 (Matric), with a business administration/related field diploma
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in bedding 
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
