A leading property and investment business with a specialised PropTech division is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead its marketing strategy and drive the growth of innovative property technology platforms. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys combining brand strategy, digital marketing and hands-on campaign execution within a fast-growing environment.
What you'll do:
Develop and execute the overall brand and marketing strategy across multiple PropTech platforms.
Drive integrated digital campaigns focused on brand awareness, lead generation and commercial growth.
Oversee content creation across digital and traditional channels.
Support product launches, events, webinars and brand activations.
Monitor market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Partner with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Manage multiple projects and external suppliers from concept through to delivery.
Identify new technologies and marketing opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and performance.
What you bring:
5+ years' experience in brand, digital or integrated marketing.
Experience within PropTech, Technology, SaaS, Property or Financial Services is highly advantageous.
Proven track record delivering multi-channel campaigns with measurable commercial results.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, analytics and optimisation.
Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
Commercially minded, creative and comfortable working independently.
A proactive, adaptable approach suited to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
A relevant Marketing, Communications or Business qualification is advantageous.
