    Business Acquisition Representative

    About the job

    • Pioneering Solutions Studio Group is looking for a Sales Representative to join our company. The Sales Representative is responsible for selling the combined product and service portfolio across the board for the Pioneering Solutions Studio Group. These product offerings include those specialised for the fields of FinTech, EdTech and MedTech.


    Salary :

    R15 000 p/m with reimbursive travel claim

    In addition, an aggressive commission structure is offered:

    • Software sales - The value of the 1st month’s licence fee shall accrue as commission to the sales representative, paid over 12 months. As an example, if the sales representative were to sell a R60 000.00 platform, they will receive R5 000.00 per month over 12 months for as long as they are employed.
    • Professional services sales (design, custom development, CPD services etc.) 10% of sales value payable upon receipt of payment from the client.
    • All commission payments are on sales values excluding VAT.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify new sales opportunities and close deals for new accounts;
    • Support in lead generation and book client appointments;
    • Build strong relationships with customers ;
    • Identify customer needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction;
    • Drive the timely delivery on services and products to customers in collaboration with the Project Manager;
    • Prepare and deliver effective product presentations to clients as part of the negotiation strategies;
    • Manage sales contracts, track customers and get feedback on cross-functional activities across departments from Project Management;
    • Set up dashboards and reports, to track sales and identify areas for improvement;
    • Assist in developing sales-related documents, including training manuals, procedures and policies;
    • Draft and negotiate contracts with prospective clients;
    • Assist in determining pricing schedules for quotes and costing schedules;
    • Work alongside the marketing team to assist in campaigns, social media and general marketing documents;
    • Supply management with customer recon reports, financial feedback and forecasting when requested, including pipeline support;
    • Maintain regular check-ins with HOD Sales to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving;
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends;
    • Ad hoc requests from management.

    Qualifications

    • Grade 12/Matric (Essential)
    • Degree (Desirable)

    Experience

    • Sales Experience (3-5 years)
    • Experience with IT Software Sales (Required)

    • Knowledge of IT Software Sales (Required)
    • Sales knowledge
