Lead the identification of business requirements and the documentation of processes to support technology and process transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine solution strategies that meet business needs.
Ensure the quality of proposed solutions through rigorous quality assurance practices.
Drive change management efforts to facilitate the smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Design and deliver training programs to support the implementation of solutions.

Experience and Qualifications
Relevant university degree (Accounting, Commerce, Finance or Engineering).
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digitalization and process improvement.
Proven track record of successful project management and implementation of business solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies.
