Job Description

• In this role you are responsible for ensuring that standardised business processes are implemented consistently across the group, that processes run optimally and that the functionality of SystemsSAP is maximised.
• In this role you are responsible for managing the training and development function from a business applications and process perspective
• You will also be responsible for providing specialist process-related support to the business.
• You will also be involved in the research, analysis and presentation of business improvement projects. You will also be responsible for managing quality assurance testing.
• To drive continuous improvement through optimising and thereby supporting the company vision of being the world’s leading bottler
• Manage and enhance the training and development of employees in a holistic manner thereby ensuring the trouble free running of business applications. Ultimately this allows for timeous and accurate information to the business system, ensuring all business application systems deliver value (ROI) to the business
• Business Analysis/system optimisation / Analysis and Coordination of training needs.
• Process Management, & re-engineering & provide Business Applications and Business Process Training
• Provide specialist process-related support to users/business
• Manage business improvement projects
• Documentation / Business Process and Systems Process Training documentation

Skills, Experience & Education

• 3 year National Diploma (NQF 6) 
• Systems & Business Application & business process and training skills.
• 5 - 7 years relevant business experience (with tertiary qualification)
• Business analyst experience
• Project management experience would be an advantage
